The Significance,Challenges,and Transcendence of Guiding the Self-Cultivation of Teachers'Professional Ethics with the Spirit of Educators

Abstract
The spirit of educators guiding teachers'professional ethics and self-cultivation is an inevitable requirement and issue of the new era for teachers'self-improvement and personal growth.The spirit of educators guides the self-cultivation of teacher ethics,which is conducive to stimulating the subjective initiative of teacher ethics self-cultivation,sublimating the spiritual realm of teacher ethics self-cultivation,and providing a spiritual dimension for improving the overall quality of the teaching staff.The internal challenges of self-cultivation of teacher ethics guided by the spirit of educators are:the slow effect of teacher ethics self-cultivation and the rapid improvement of teacher ethics ability,the asynchronous adherence to teacher ethics self-cultivation experience and external concept innovation requirements,and the different content of teacher ethics self-cultivation and the implementation process of teacher ethics cultivation.Teachers need to actively create teacher ethics problem scenarios that violate the spirit of educators,carry out experience criticism against the spirit of educators,and surpass the content of teacher ethics self-cultivation by framing it with the spirit of educators.关键词
