Theoretical Coupling and Practical Approach:How Can the Spirit of Educators Lead Rural Teachers to Integrate into the Local Community?

Abstract
The construction of an education powerhouse cannot be separated from a high-quality and stable rural teacher team.Local integration is the key for rural teachers to transforming from being"others"in the countryside to being"myself"and from"entering the countryside"to"taking root".However,the current reality of rural teachers leaving their hometowns and lands means that they still face multiple challenges in local integration,such as professional alienation,detachment from daily life,emotional detachment,and cultural detachment.The spirit of educators is the rational quality that teachers condense and sublimate in practice,and it is the spiritual force that leads rural teachers to integrate into the local community and achieve high-quality development.Local integration is a concrete manifestation of the spirit of educators in rural education,and there is a profound theoretical fit between the two.To inspire the"endogenous development"of rural teachers with the spirit of educators,guide them to actively respond to rural challenges,complete professional cultivation,life embedding,emotional integration,and cultural consciousness in rural areas,achieve integrated coexistence and symbiosis with rural society,and become local"masters"with physical and mental presence.关键词
