摘要

Abstract

(Sr0.25Ca0.75)TiO3-doped(Zn0.05Mg0.95)2(Sn0.05Ti0.95)O4 microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared by the solid-state method.The fundamental physics and microwave dielectric properties were measured using XRD,drainage,SEM,EDS and network analyzer.The samples with optimal dielectric properties were screened to explore their practical application in microwave bandpass filters.The results show that all samples are composed of(Sr0.25Ca0.75)TiO3 phase with smaller grains and(Zn0.05Mg0.95)2(Sn0.05Ti0.95)O4 main phase with larger grains.The highest density was obtained for the samples at the(Sr0.25Ca0.75)TiO3 doping concentration of x=0.09 and sintering temperature of 1325 ℃.The microwave dielectric properties results show the τf is nearly zero(about-1.81×10-6/℃)at the optimal(Sr0.25Ca0.75)TiO3 doping concentration of x=0.09 and sintering temperature of 1325 ℃,which have εr and Q×f of about 18.68 and 147890 GHz,respectively.When the same filter circuit design was applied and compared to the FR-4 and Al2O3 substrate,the filter using 0.09SCT-0.91ZMST substrate has the largest absolute reflection loss of 25.91 dB and the smallest absolute penetration loss of 1.15 dB,which expands the bandwidth by 11.6%and reduces the size by nearly 25%.The results show that the performance of the 0.09SCT-0.91ZMST-based filter is the best among the three substrate materials,which makes it the most competitive in practical applications.
