Abstract
To address the issues of excessive volume,low coupling coefficient,and high losses in the winding design of Low Temperature Co-fired Ferrite(LTCF)planar transformer,this study systematically optimizes critical structural parameters within the LTCF winding configuration to achieve the performance enhancements.The LTCF planar transformer winding structure was modeled and subjected to the electromagnetic simulation,and the results indicate that the circular layout demonstrates the best performance among various layout schemes.By analyzing the key factors which affects the transformer efficiency,it is concluded that adopting a flattened winding structure could improve the transformer performance.Furthermore,after an in-depth analysis of the multilayer winding structures,a novel winding layering structure was proposed,effetively reducing the overall volume by about 20%compared to traditonal structures.By comparing the simulation results of different winding structures under series and parallel configurations,it is found that with this new winding layering structure,the coupling coefficient could be increased by up to 41%and the losses could be reduced by up to 40%.关键词
