科教竞争背景下我国博士研究生的培养
Research on the Training of Doctoral Students in China under the Background of Science and Education Competition

Abstract
Under the background of science and education competition,breakthroughs in universities,scientific research institutions,enterprises and institutions and key technical fields in China have higher requirements for the quantity and quality of doctoral students.From the perspective of high-quality education development,this paper analyzes the current situation of doctoral education in China from the dimensions of doctoral student scale,training mode,tutor team and quality assurance,and finds that there are some problems,such as an imperfect enrollment system,insufficient selection criteria for tutors,insufficient high-level curriculum design,imperfect collaborative education mechanism,and the under development of doctoral professional degrees.Therefore,it is proposed to improve recruitment system to promote the quality of doctoral students.Reform the evaluation and employment system of tutors and establish an intervention mechanism for the relationship between tutors and students;Pay attention to the systematic design of the curriculum and optimize the doctoral curriculum system;Multi-subjects cooperate and straighten out the system and mechanism of cultivating doctoral students;Improve the classified evaluation system and promote the reform of classified training mode.关键词
