New Quality Technical and Skilled Talents:the Logical Direction of the Reform of Vocational Undergraduate Education Training Objectives

Abstract
New quality productivity puts forward new challenges and requirements for technical and skilled talents,and forces vocational undergraduate education to change its goal of cultivating new quality technical and skilled talents.The logical orientation of vocational undergraduate education to cultivate new technical and skilled talents is based on the comprehensive consideration of history,theory and practice.In terms of historical logic,the training objectives of vocational undergraduate education have undergone a historical evolution from"undergraduate-level professional talents"to"high-end technical and skilled talents",to"high-level technical and skilled talents",and then to"high-quality innovative technical and skilled talents",highlighting the characteristics of practicality,higher,technical,compound and innovative.From the perspective of theoretical logic,with the help of Mitcham's technical conceptual framework,new requirements are put forward for the knowledge complexity,ability innovation,operation efficiency and responsibility of technical and skilled talents from the aspects of the integration and upgrading of new quality technical tools,the iterative innovation of new quality technical knowledge,the efficiency change of new quality production process and the value correlation of new quality technical will.In terms of practical logic,vocational undergraduate education must be in line with regional industrial development,build a training base for digital,refresh the ecology of technology courses,deepen project teaching practice and advocate the people-oriented concept,and cultivate new-quality technical and skilled talents to adapt to the development of new-quality productivity.关键词
