初中生数学学业质量的测评与提升:基于教师述评视角
Assessment and Improvement of Mathematics Academic Quality of Junior High School Students:Based on the Perspective of Teachers'Review

Abstract
It is the policy requirement of the national educational evaluation reform that teachers should carry out academic review for each student,and it is also an important means to implement the new curriculum standards and fully grasp the academic quality of students.Through doing the empirical study of the mathematics academic review of 256 students in the second year of junior high school,it is found that the students'mathematics education quality is generally good,but the students'innovation consciousness,application consciousness and practical ability are insufficient.Most students are in a state of"steady improvement"compared with the previous semester;Students have different characteristics in basic knowledge and ability,thinking habits,learning attitudes and methods,and need to adopt different improvement strategies to promote the improvement of academic quality.It is suggested to actively promote academic review,strengthen the analysis of students'value-added changes and causes,provide differentiated guidance for students'development,and improve the practicality,application and interdisciplinary comprehensiveness of mathematics teaching.关键词
