边疆民族地区乡村小学数学教师专业知识研究
A Survey Study on Rural Primary School Mathematics Teachers'Professional Knowledge in Border Ethnic Areas

Abstract
The professional development of teachers in small-sized rural schools in border ethnic areas is facing a more complex dilemma.This study took 450 primary school mathematics teachers in small-sized rural schools in Yunnan Province as the survey object,and design test papers according to the concept and requirements of the new curriculum reform,and studied the current status of their professional knowledge.The results show that:the academic qualifications of primary school mathematics teachers in small-sized rural schools have been improved significantly,and most teachers'professional titles are higher;but their actual professional knowledge level is low,and the professional knowledge structure is inadequate and unbalanced.Teachers'mathematics curriculum knowledge,mathematical knowledge,and mathematics teaching knowledge are very insufficient,especially mathematical knowledge.In view of the existing problems,it is suggested to:strengthen the top-level planning to ensure teachers'professional development space;multi-party cooperation to innovate the teacher pairing support mechanism;optimize the training curriculum to improve the pertinence of teacher'training;and stimulate internal motivation to enhance teachers'awareness of independent development.关键词
