"个性化指导"的一个工作框架:基于数学教学的分析
A Working Framework for"Personalized Guidance":Analysis Based on Mathematics Teaching

Abstract
Personalized guidance is not only a basic way to supplement collective teaching in mathematics classroom,but also an important means to meet the personalized learning needs of students in mathematics."Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education"(2022 Edition)clearly proposes"personalized guidance"and the corresponding requirements.Based on the existing research and the experience in providing personalized guidance to students in mathematics learning,a working framework of personalized guidance is constructed,which mainly includes analyzing the basic connotation,significance,and the 8 basic characteristics of personalized guidance.On this basis,the 4 basic links and main contents of personalized guidance are further analyzed,as well as the 6 aspects that should be paid attention in the process of personalized guidance,and so on.关键词
