High-throughput Sequencing Analysis of Soil Microbial Community Structure Changes in Sunflower-industrial Hemp Rotation

摘要

Abstract

[Objective]Continuous cropping obstacles can lead to soil degradation and crop yield reduction,which is one of the important factors limiting agricultural production.Reasonable crop rotation can alleviate the obstacles of continuous cropping.Industrial hemp is a suitable crop for rotation,which can maintain microbial diversity and increase biological yield.[Method]In this study,high-throughput sequencing technology was used to detect the dynamic changes of soil microbial diversity and community structure in sunflower and industrial hemp soils at different periods.[Results]A total of 45 phyla,143 classes,330 orders,552 families,1 160 genera and 1 795 species of bacteria were detected by high-throughput sequencing,among which Proteobacteria and Sphingosamonas were the most abundant phyla and genera,respectively.LEFSe analysis revealed that the biomarkers at 3 periods were Arthrobacter,Pyriformis,and Robacter,respectively.A total of 12 phyla,38 classes,79 orders,142 families,242 genera and 373 species of fungi were detected by high-throughput sequencing.Ascomycetes and Guehomyces were the most abundant phyla and genera,respectively.LEFSe analysis revealed that the biomarkers of 3 periods were Alternatispora,unidentified fungi,and Trichoderma,respectively.The diversity of microorganisms in the rhizosphere soil of sunflower and industrial hemp rotation was significantly different,and the inhibitory fungi in the rhizosphere soil of industrial hemp significantly increased,which inhibited the growth of pathogenic bacteria.[Conclusion]The results of this study provide a data foundation for exploring the mechanism of industrial hemp alleviating continuous cropping obstacles and the balance relationship between microbial crops.
