区块链技术在食品溯源中的典型应用及问题分析
Typical application and problem analysis of blockchain technology in food traceability
摘要
Abstract
In a globalized food market,ensuring food safety and provenance reliability has become a global concern.With the increas-ing problem of malicious tampering of food information,it poses a big challenge to producers,governments,consumers,and other stake-holders.In this context,it is particularly important to ensure that food information is untampered and transparent.Blockchain technology,with its unique characteristics of decentralization,immutability,and transparency,provides a solution for food information traceability.This article introduces the typical application of blockchain technology in the three key links of food production and processing,storage,and distribution,and summarizes the specific cases of the combination of blockchain and the Internet of Things.In addition,the article in-troduces the possibility of combining blockchain with food authenticity authentication.Finally,the challenges faced by blockchain technolo-gy in food information traceability system are pointed out.关键词
