Understanding and Practicing the Spirit of Educators:A practical Way of Thinking

Abstract
Educators are born out of practice,and the spirit of educators is a vivid portrayal of their own practice.Not every teacher can become an educator,but every teacher has the possibility to become an educator.Based on the intentionality principle of consciousness,Husserl's phenomenological theory of occurrence explains the occurrence and constitution of consciousness,and provides a theoretical perspective for understanding and practicing the spirit of educators.Educators have experienced from loving education to professional development,and then to the growth of practical wisdom;It presents the basic path of educationist spirit from the occurrence of teaching intention to the shaping of authority image,and then to the cultivation of practice attitude;It reveals the professional quality development principle of teachers'teaching behavior caused by the internalization of teaching theory into teaching consciousness.To practice the spirit of educators,we need to tell the story of the growth of educators and activate the intention of teachers'teaching;Learn from educators to be teachers and form theoretical and practical consciousness;Reconstruct the teacher education curriculum and help the construction of high-quality professional teachers.关键词
