摘要

Abstract

Marx's theory of labor alienation can provide profound insights into the epistemology,methodology,and values of teacher labor.According to Marx's theory of labor alienation,we can find that there is still a certain range and extent of al-ienation in current teacher labor.Based Marxist labor alienation theory,the connotation and generation mechanism of the spirit of educators,and constructivism,we believe that eliminating the alienation in teacher labor not only promote the high-quality development of school labor education but also serve as a path to upholding the spirit of educators.Therefore,it is necessary to vigorously the tradition of respecting teachers and valuing education,support teachers in"casting their souls"and"upholding their virtues";create possible educational lives,ensure in"tempering their skills"and"expanding their sources";provide ethical care,and encourage teachers to"uphold their roots"and"undertake responsibilities".
