摘要

Abstract

Excellent teachers are the key force to build a strong education country.The effective training of excellent teach-ers depends on the understanding of their conceptual connotation and the grasp of evaluation standards.This paper systemat-ically combs the definition and evaluation criteria of the concept of excellent teacher at home and abroad,based on the de-velopment of The Times and the requirements of teacher team construction in the new era in China,highlights the develop-ment characteristics of localized teacher education,defines the concept of excellent teacher,and holds that excellent teacher is a relational worker in the new era.From the objective world relation dimension,ontology relation dimension,other rela-tion dimension and modern technology relation dimension,the evaluation standard system of excellent teachers is construc-ted,and the key characteristics of excellent teachers are depicted.
