基于行动者网络理论的民办高校教师培训效果转化个案研究
A Case Study on the Transformation of Teacher Training Effectiveness in Private Universities Based on Actor Network Theory

Abstract
To improve the quality of the faculty,many private universities have implemented teacher training programs.However,the effectiveness of these training often fails to translate into tangible benefits for students.This study takes S Pri-vate University in L City as a case and drawing on Actor-Network Theory(ANT)to conduct in-depth research on key stake-holders,including the training providers,the university administration,participating teachers,and students.It reveals that the primary barriers to the transformation of training outcomes lie in:cognitive obstacles arising from divergent understand-ings of teaching quality among actors;action-related obstacles imposed by the school's accountability and evaluation sys-tem;and emotional obstacles resulting from actors'loss of professional identity.These obstacles,operating through the mechanisms of perpetuating concepts,superimposing systems,and solidifying responsibilities,contribute to the fragmenta-tion of the actor network,thereby weakening the effectiveness of training implementation and transformation.Based on these insights,the study suggests that private universities should:mitigate conceptual conflicts through equal dialogue;evaluate the effectiveness of training transformation through the logic of educational practice;and break the solidification of roles and responsibilities by fostering a multi-actor collaborative mechanism.关键词
