家长扩大化投诉下教师的工作疲劳:问责的理论视角
Parental Over-Complaints and Teacher Work Fatigue:A Perspective of Accountability Mechanism

Abstract
Parental complaint serve as a crucial channel for parents to supervise school operation and teacher behavior,pro-vide feedback and appeals,and safeguard educational rights and interests.However,in recent years,parental complaints have shown a trend of expansion and irrationality.As a form of external accountability,parental complaints often trigger the accountability mechanism for teachers through"symbolic representations"and"potential risks"of accountability,thereby imposing constraints and impacts on teachers'work.Through in-depth interviews and participatory observation with teach-ers,this study found that escalated complaints from parents were highly likely to plunge teachers into a state of"work-fa-tigue"in dealing with family-school relationships.This fatigue manifested in increased workloads,emotional overload,heightened evasive awareness,and restricted professional actions.It also reflected the triple disorders of cognition,emotion,and behavior that teachers encountered in an accountability environment.Addressing this issue requires institutional optimi-zation,trust building,and school humanistic support to confine parental complaints within a rational framework and alleviate teachers'internal fatigue and conflict caused by complaint-based accountability.关键词
