Abstract
This study established a method for online detection of stevioside concentration in stevia sugar production effluent based on UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy.Using transmittance mode,a series of concentrations of stevia sugar production effluent samples and corresponding spectral data were obtained.Principal component analysis was employed to eliminate abnormal samples,and the original spectral data were preprocessed using D1,SG,SNV,and their combinations.Various preprocessing methods were analyzed to select high-loading,highly correlated variables as features,and the Partial Least Squares(PLS)method was utilized to establish a model for the TSG content in stevia sugar production effluent.The results indicated that the SNV+FD+SG preprocessing method,combined with PLS factor loadings and the Important Variables feature selection method,yielded the best modeling results,with RMSECV and RMSECP both ≤ 0.0250,and Rv2 and Rp2 both ≥ 0.96.This demonstrated that the method could control the detection error of stevioside content in stevia sugar production effluent to within±0.05%and reduced the fluctuation range of stevioside concentration in stevia sugar production effluent from 0.001~0.30 mg/mL to 0.04~0.12 mg/mL.This achievement enabled real-time monitoring and precise control of stevioside content in stevia sugar production effluent,contributing to increased utilization of resin columns and reduced discharge of steviosides,and holds significant implications for the control of adsorption processes in the plant extraction industry.关键词
