摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To investigate the relationship between serum vitamin D and digestive tract complications(ATC)during hospitalization in stroke patients.[Method]Totally 180 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2024 were retrospectively selected.The patients were divided into two groups according to whether the patients had digestive tract complications dur-ing hospitalization.The ATC group(n=50)and the non-ATC group(n=130)used Pearson correlation to analyze the correlation between variables,and those with statistical significance in the single factor analysis were included in the multivariate analysis.[Result]There were statistically significant differences in 25(OH)D,NIHSS scores and hs-CRP between the two groups of patients(P<0.05).The results of binary Logistics regression analysis showed that 25(OH)D,hs-CRP,and NIHSS scores were influential factors in digestive tract complica-tions in stroke patients during hospitalization(P<0.05),25(OH)D was negatively correlated with ATC(r=-0.330,P<0.05),and NIHSS,hs-CRP were positively correlated with ATC(r=0.461,0.592,P<0.05).[Conlclusion]There is a certain correlation between serum vitamin D and ATC during hospitalization in stroke patients.
