Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the effect of preoperative nutritional risk on inflammatory indexes and postoperative complica-tions in patients with gastric cancer,and observe the effect of immunonutrition intervention.[Method]A total of 130 patients with gastric cancer in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the nutritional risk screening results,76 cases with NRS 2002<3 points were classified into the risk-free group,and 54 cases with NRS 2002≥3 points were classified into the risk group.The risk-free group was divided into group A and Group B according to different nutritional intervention programs.There were 38 cases each.The risk group was divided into group C and Group D according to different nutritional intervention programs,with 27 cases each.Group A and group C received routine nutrition intervention,group B and group D received immune nutrition interven-tion.Results The white blood cell count(WBC)and neutrophil percentage in risk-free group were lower than those in risk-free group(P<0.05).The incidence of lung infection and total complications in no-risk group was lower than that in risk group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of group B was lower than that of group A,and that of group D was lower than that of group C(P<0.05).After interven-tion,WBC,NEUT and neutrophil percentage in group B were lower than those in group A,and WBC,NEUT and neutrophil percentage in group D were lower than those in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion The higher preoperative nutritional risk in patients with gastric cancer is closely related to the increased level of inflammation,which may be one of the risk factors for postoperative complications.The intervention of intravenous nutrition can effectively reduce postoperative complications and improve the level of inflammation.关键词
