中国沿海地区居民膳食营养摄入和慢性病现状
Dietary Nutrition Intake and Chronic Disease Status of Residents in Coastal Areas of China

Abstract
[Objective]To analyze and describe the dietary nutrition intake and chronic disease status of adult residents in coastal areas of China in 2015.[Method]Data were obtained from China Nutrition and Health Surveillance 2015.This study included 33 272 participants,including 13 058 people who used to describe dietary nutrition intake.The consumption of food,edible oil,and condiments was investigated by the 3-consecutive days food weighting method and 24-hour dietary recall,and the energy and nutrient intakes were calculated in combination with the Chinese Food Composition Table.The description of chronic diseases included hypertension,diabetes,dyslipidemia and related components.[Result]The average daily food intake per standard person in China's coastal areas in 2015:rice and its products was 196.1 g,wheat and its products was 87.9 g,other cereals was 13.0 g,tubers was 26.8 g,miscellaneous beans was 4.2 g,soybeans and its products was 9.8 g,fresh vegetables was 280.6 g,fresh fruits was 47.5 g,nuts was 4.4 g,meat was 78.2 g,poultry was 16.6 g,organ was 2.8 g,aquatic products was 57.1 g,eggs was 28.4 g,dairy was 30.1 g,and alcohol was 2.4 g.The intake of energy and nutrients:energy was 2 024.1 kcal,protein was 66.6 g,fat was 79.6 g,carbohydrate was 263.4 g,retinol equivalent was 477.0 μg RAE,vitamin C was 83.9 mg,calcium was 407.0 mg,iron was 20.9 mg,zinc was 10.7 mg,potassium was 1 625.6 mg,selenium was 52.5 μg,magnesium was 276.0 mg,sodium was 6 181.4 mg,dietary fiber was 10.4 g.The prevalence of chronic diseases was 30.3%for hypertension,7.8%for diabetes,and 37.2%for dyslipidemia(including 8.2%for high TC,12.8%for high TG,4.7%for low HDL-C,and 9.7%for high LDL-C).[Conclusion]Compared with the national level,the quality of dietary nutrition intake of residents in China's coastal areas is higher,the prevalence of diabetes is relatively lower,but the prevalence of hypertension and dyslipidemia is relatively higher.关键词
