摘要

Abstract

To investigate the effects of electrolyzed ozone water on the microbial colonies on grape berry surfaces,this study employed high-throughput sequencing of the 16S rDNA and ITS2 regions to analyze bacterial and fungal colonies on'Xinya'grapes at the veraison stage following spray treatments with different concentrations of electrolyzed ozone water,difenoconazole,and water.The results showed that in the electrolyzed ozone water-treated groups,the predominant bacterial phyla on the berry surfaces were Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria,Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes,while the dominant fungal phyla were Ascomycota and Basidiomycota.Key fungal genera included Aspergillus,Cladosporium,Talaromyces,Exobasidium and Penicillium.Although no significant changes in microbial diversity indices were observed,treatment with 5 mg·L-1 electrolyzed ozone water effectively reduced the relative abundance of harmful pathogenic genera such as Pseudomonas and Penicillium on the grape surfaces,demonstrating superior efficacy compared to difenoconazole treatment.These findings indicate that spraying electrolyzed ozone water can modulate the structure of microbial colonies on grape berries and suppress the proliferation of certain pathogens,providing a scientific basis for its practical application in production.
