基于纳米氧化铈催化的草鱼新鲜度监测标签的制备与研究
Preparation and research on grass carp freshness monitoring label based on cerium oxide nanoparticle catalysis

Abstract
To monitor grass carp freshness,intelligent labels were prepared using agar and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as matrices,cerium oxide nanoparticles as enzymatic catalysts,and 3,3ʹ,5,5ʹ-tetramethylbenzidine as indicator at varying CeO2 concentrations.Morphology,enzymatic catalytic activity,thermal stability,and mechanical properties of the labels were characterized.Results showed that at 0.5%mass fraction of CeO2 nanoparticles,the label exhibited uniform and dense surface,optimal enzymatic catalytic capacity,excellent thermal stability,tensile strength of 27.4 MPa,and elongation at break of 15%,representing the best comprehensive performance.During grass carp spoilage monitoring,hypoxanthine content increased from 0.21 mg/(10 g)to 2.36 mg/(10 g),while the label changed from colorless to blue with effective response.This study provides references for real-time aquatic product freshness monitoring.关键词
