Abstract

To improve the extraction rate of psoralen from fig leaves,ten single-factor experiments(including acidic ionic liquid immersion time,liquid-to-material ratio,sodium bicarbonate dosage,and sodium chloride dosage)were conducted.Significant influencing factors were screened via Plackett-Burman design,followed by optimization using Box-Behnken response surface methodology.Ultrasound-assisted acidic ionic liquid effervescence achieved efficient psoralen extraction.Results showed that acidic ionic liquid immersion time,liquid-to-material ratio,sodium bicarbonate mass,and ultrasonic temperature were key factors.Optimal conditions were:immersion time 8.25 h,liquid to material ratio 11∶1(mL/g),sodium bicarbonate 0.758 g,and ultrasound temperature 35℃,yielding a psoralen extraction rate of 12.030 96 mg/g.This research provides technical support for utilizing psoralen from fig leaves.
