Zn掺杂CsPbClxBr3-x钙钛矿纳米晶的光学性能研究
Study on the optical properties of Zn-doped CsPbClxBr3-x perovskite nanocrystals

Abstract
For all-inorganic CsPbX3 perovskite nanocrystals,rapid progress has been achieved in green and red perovskite nanocrystal light-emitting diodes(LEDs).However,developing pure-blue perovskite LEDs based on CsPbClxBr3-x nanocrystals with both good stability and excellent optoelectronic performance remains a considerable challenge.As is well known,metal ion doping and halogen exchange can endow perovskite materials with exciting and novel optoelectronic properties.A series of Zn2+-doped CsPbClxBr3-x perovskite nanocrystals were synthesized via the hot-injection method,and characterizations of the structure,morphology,lifetime,photoluminescence(PL)spectra,and temperature-dependent PL spectra were carried out.Compared with the undoped CsPbClxBr3-x perovskite nanocrystals,Zn2+and halogen ions(Br-,Cl-)form a more stable perovskite octahedral crystal structure,which inhibits the formation of vacancy defects,and the lifetime of the Zn2+-doped CsPbClxBr3-x perovskite nanocrystals is significantly increased.The PL emission peak of the Zn2+-doped CsPbClxBr3-x perovskite nanocrystals exhibits a red shift from 425 nm to 458 nm with increasing Zn2+doping concentration,due to the synergistic effect of zinc doping and bromine substitution for chlorine.The photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of the Zn2+-doped CsPbClxBr3-x perovskite nanocrystals is significantly increased from 3.45%to 19.71%.For the Zn2+-doped CsPbClxBr3-x perovskite nanocrystals,the PL emission peak shows a clear blue shift from 455 nm to 449 nm as the temperature increases from 80 K to 300 K,and the intensity of the PL emission peak at 80 K is approximately 11.6 times higher than that at 300 K.关键词
