摘要
Abstract
RF testing is a critical technology in RF integrated circuit(RFIC)production.Aiming to address the challenges of the poor equipment adaptability,high costs,and low efficiency in current high-integration RFIC transceiver channel testing,a modular high-integration RFIC transceiver channel testing technology was proposed.The ADRV9009 multi-core RF transceiver chip was used to build the hardware platform,and the JESD204B high-speed serial protocol was integrated with a dynamic hierarchical storage architecture,the precise generation and intelligent demodulation of wide-band RF signals was achieved.The experimental results demonstrate that within the frequency range of 80 MHz to 5.0 GHz,the frequency accuracy of the RFIC transmitter channel is within 5 parts per million(ppm),with a maximum absolute error of 96 Hz and a minimum of 5 Hz.The maximum output power reaches 15.84 dBm,which exceeds the target requirement of 10 dBm for maximum transmitter power.Additionally,the RFIC receiving channel remains distortion-free at an input power of 30 dBm,with an average noise level below-113 dBm/Hz and a signal gain of 53 dB.These findings indicate that the efficiency and accuracy of RFIC transceiver channel testing is significantly enhanced by the proposed technology,the reliance on external high-end instruments is reduced,and a scalable solution for RFIC testing in applications such as 5G and the Internet of Things is provided.关键词
