摘要

Abstract

To explore the influence of photoperiod on the photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of blueberry plants,and screen the photoperiod parameters that facilitate photosynthesis in blueberry seedlings,using'Aurora'and'Cooper'as experimental materials,with a 10 h/14 h photoperiod as the control,four different photoperiod treatments were set(14 h/10 h,18 h/6 h,22 h/2 h,24 h/0 h).The stomatal characteristics,photosynthetic characteristics,and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of blueberry leaves under each treatment were measured.The results showed that under the 14 h/10 h photoperiod treatment,the stomatal index and photosynthetic characteristics of blueberries were significantly higher than those under other photoperiod treatments.The PSII maximum photochemical efficiency and photoprotection ability of the continuous light treatment blueberries were slightly lower,and continuous light treatment for 7 d would cause a decrease in the blueberry plant's photosynthesis rate and different degrees of photoinhibition.The optimal light cycle for blueberry growth was 14 h/10 h of darkness.
