摘要

Abstract

This study investigated the control efficacy of bio-organic fertilizer containing Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Y14 against grape gray mold and its impact on grape quality,fruit appearance,and yield.The pot experiment showed that the grape seedlings treated with the bio-organic fertilizer containing B.amyloliquefaciens Y14 had a 45%lower incidence of disease and a 60.82%reduction in infected leaves compared to the control.Field experiments conducted from 2022 to 2024 showed that after two consecutive years of continuous application of B.amyloliquefaciens Y14 bio-organic fertilizer,compared with the control,the organic acid content decreased by 37.34%,the soluble solids content increased by 12.66%,the total soluble sugar content increased by 24.41%,the vitamin C content increased by 88.13%,the polyphenol content increased by 11.9%,the longitudinal fruit diameter increased by 6.13%,the transverse fruit diameter increased by 5.28%,the fruit firmness decreased by 4.23%,the yield increased by 12.69%,and the disease index of gray mold decreased from 4.8 to 3.0,with a control effect of 37.5%.The results demonstrated that the bio-organic fertilizer containing B.amyloliquefaciens Y14 effectively controlled the occurrence of gray mold and improved the quality and yield of grapes,establishing a theoretical basis for its application in grape production.
