母乳植物乳植杆菌R9的益生特性和安全性研究
Probiotic characteristics and safety evaluation of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum R9 isolated from human breast milk

Abstract
Human breast milk was recognized not only as a natural source of nutrition for infant growth and development,but also as an important reservoir for screening microorganisms with potential probiotic properties.This study evaluated the probiotic properties and safety of a strain of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum R9 isolated from healthy human breast milk.Its growth curve and its tolerance in different acidic and bile-salt environments were evaluated,and its safety was assessed in terms of bacteriostatic functional properties and antibiotic resistance.The results showed that L.plantarum R9 had good growth characteristics,strong acid(pH 2.5)and bile salt(0.3%)tolerance.R9 had a certain inhibitory effect on eight common pathogens,especially on Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhi,which had the strongest inhibitory effect.Among the 10 antibiotics,R9 was extremely sensitive to erythromycin,azithromycin,ampicillin,amikacin,clindamycin,ceftriaxone and ciprofloxacin,and moderately sensitive to chloramphenicol,and resistant to penicillin G and tetracycline.Lactiplantibacillus plantarum R9 was demonstrated to possess favorable probiotic properties and safety.关键词
