Abstract
[Objective]To systematically organize the development scale,product types,and technological application status of the prepared dishes market both domestically and internationally,analyze core driving forces such as consumer demand,supply chain upgrades,and policy support,identify risks and development recommendations within the prepared dishes industry,explore key issues in food safety,technological advancement,and industrial chain coordination,and propose future development paths based on literature and case data.[Method]We compared the development history,market scale,product types,policy environment,and regulatory status of prepared dishes domestically and internationally.[Result]The domestic prepared dishes industry faces risks in food safety,consumer taste preferences,product supply chains,and standard system construction,which cannot meet the rapid growth trend of the prepared dishes market.[Conclusion]In the future,the prepared dishes industry needs to strengthen communication with technical institutions and industry associations in areas such as supply chain improvement,industrial collaboration,standard system construction,technological in-novation,and public education.Efforts should be intensified in quality control,technological innovation,and sustainable development to promote the healthy growth of the prepared dishes industry.关键词
