Research Progress on Heavy Metal Detection Technology for Packaging Materials of Edible Agricultural Products

Abstract
[Objective]The aim of this paper is to review the pre-treatment methods and heavy metal detection techniques for detecting heavy metals in the packaging of edible agricultural products,to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent development of heavy metal detection and analysis methods for edible agricultural products,and to provide a scientific basis and technical support for the control and regulation of heavy metal pollution.[Method]A review of the literature on the detection of heavy metals in the packaging of edible agricultural products was conducted.The findings were collated and analyzed in terms of both sample preparation techniques and detection techniques.Additionally,a perspective was provided on the future development of these heavy metal detection techniques for samples of packaging materials for edible agriculture.[Result]Conventional atomic spectroscopy,conventional inorganic mass spectrometry,Electrothermal vaporization,X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy,laser sample introduction analysis,biosensing and immunotechnology can be employed for the sensitive detection of heavy metals in packaging materials.Each of these techniques possesses distinctive characteristics and a specific scope of application.Among these,the solid injection techniques of ETV,XRF,and laser have emerged as particularly promising.[Conclusion]In the future,it is still necessary to develop rapid,accurate and sensitive heavy metal analysis methods for the packaging of edible agricultural products,enabling on-site visualisation and intelligent detection,and ensuring the safety of edible agricultural products.关键词
