我国食物营养知识科普的发展与思考
Development and Thinking on Popularization of Food and Nutrition Knowledge in China
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]As China's economic development,its food supply is plentiful,varied and nutritious.But China's dietary structure is still unreasonable,and the incidence and mortality rates of obesity and chronic diseases are increasing.To enhance dietary literacy and improve dietary structure,it is very important to widely popularize food and nutrition knowledge to the public.[Method]Based on existing literature,health policies,nutritional surveys and popularization activities,this article reviews the development of nutrition popularization in China,and summarizes the existing problems in it and proposes suggestions for improving the effect of it.[Result]Although the dietary level and structure of Chinese residents have improved,there are still issues such as low awareness of dietary guidelines and irrational dietary behaviors,indicating that the effectiveness of popularization is not good.[Conclusion]In order to solve the problems,recommendations include accelerating government legislation,training the nutrition practitioners,using internet and new media and enhancing interaction with public.关键词
