职业教育培养数字人才的现实逻辑、发展困境与突破路径
The Realistic Logic,Development Dilemma and Breakthrough Path of Cultivating Digital Talents in Vocational Education

Abstract
Digital talents not only serve as crucial support for technological innovation,but also constitute the core driving force propelling economic transformation,empowering the enhancement of new quality productive forces,and ad-vancing high-quality development.As the central of platform for cultivating skilled professionals,vocational education ur-gently requires nurturing digital talent cohorts to expand talent supply and empower high-quality digital economy develop-ment.The cultivation of digital talents in vocational education must thoroughly grasp its historical context and strategic po-sitioning.Confronting emerging challenges and opportunities brought by national strategies like"develop the country through science and education"and"new quality productive forces"in the new era,it should accelerate digital talent culti-vation to meet pressing societal demands and contribute to national digital transformation.Taking tourism major as an ex-ample,current digital talent cultivation in vocational education faces dilemmas including weak digital resource database foundations,mismatches between talent development and regional needs,and inadequate financial support for cultivation.To address these,imperative measures include:establishing digital resource and talent databases to drive dual-wheel digi-tal talent cultivation in vocational education;flexibly allocating digital resources to develop specialized talents according to regional conditions;strengthening cross-regional tiered collaborations to build comprehensive digital-chain talent cultiva-tion systems;optimizing vocational education fiscal support mechanisms with enhanced investment and supervision in digi-tal talent development,thereby promoting vocational education's further digital transformation.关键词
