摘要

Abstract

Mr.Chen Heqin's thought on children's family labor education are a valuable spiritual heritage based on his psychological research,combined with modern educational theory and concern for the practical problems of preschool education in China.The main content is reflected in the fact that the family,as the first place to cultivate children from"self"to"human",is the field of labor education.Family labor,as the emotional bond to cultivate children from"loving oneself"to"loving others",is the foundation of labor education.The scientific shaping of children's character and individ-ual independent and comprehensive development is the goal of labor education.Equal respect and active service for chil-dren run through family labor education,which is the principle of labor education'development.Highlighting the dual"love"service of children from"loving themselves"to"loving their families"in terms of features;The guidance and demon-stration of parents'leading by example and exemplary behavior;Respecting the simplicity of children's nature in games and promoting the integration of family labor content among children through the integration of the five educations.Draw-ing on the essence of Chen Heqin's thought on children's family labor education,the current implementation of children's labor education should follow the rules and promote the development of children's self-awareness through diverse family labor methods;Flexible and diverse methods to promote the"unity of body and mind"of children in the process of family labor;Inspiration and guidance,focusing on creating an environmentally immersive environment for children's family labor education;Integrating five aspects of education and building an integrated family labor education system for children;Es-tablish a high-quality mechanism for children's family labor education through multi-party connections.
