摘要

Abstract

Time is the core dimension of human development and education is an important cornerstone of human de-velopment.Mental health education,as a part of the education field that leans towards moral education,controls over time and timing are even more important.The healthy mental state of an individual depends on the reasonable control and ef-fective guidance of every important time node in their life state.Different periods in mental health education correspond to different educational concepts and methods.Exploring the temporal characteristics of the starting point,process,and out-comes of mental health education and thus accurately position the starting point of teaching in mental health education,seize the timing of mental education during the process,set the tone for key events before the results,and apply appropri-ate methods in different time periods and situations to achieve the goal of improving the effectiveness of mental health edu-cation and teaching.The research on the intersection and symbiosis between mental health education and time can provide educational researchers with a new perspective to consider the construction and setting of mental health education teach-ing.It is an innovative way and approach to assist frontline educators in gaining a deeper understanding of the scope of mental health education and effectively constructing educational and teaching paradigms.
