摘要

Abstract

Teacher's assessment literacy refers to the comprehensive performance of the assessment concept,knowl-edge and skills that teachers are qualified for education and teaching assessment activities in real education and teaching practice.Assessment is the key link in teacher's teaching work,and assessment literacy is a necessary professional quality for teachers.Improving the assessment literacy of primary and secondary school teachers is not only an urgent requirement for deepening the reform of educational assessment in the new era,but also a key measure to deepen the reform of basic education curriculum teaching.At present,primary and secondary school teachers have poor assessment literacy perfor-mance,such as lagging educational assessment concepts,lacking of assessment knowledge and insufficient assessment skills.From the perspective of teachers's pre-service and post-service integrated training,this is closely related to the weak cultivation of pre-service teachers'assessment literacy,and insufficient in-service teachers'teaching research and training on assessment literacy.Therefore,to improve the assessment literacy of primary and secondary school teachers,ef-forts should focus on enhancing the curriculum development and internship training for cultivating pre-service teachers'assessment literacy,as well as strengthening in-service teachers'training and research support for their assessment litera-cy.
