摘要

Abstract

The guidance for student development has evolved from vocational guidance to a more systematic ap-proach,leading to the expansion of the student development guidance team from full-time teachers to the entire teaching staff.However,schools currently face numerous challenges in implementing student development guidance,including a shortage of full-time teachers,insufficient professional quality of part-time teachers,unclear division of labor among differ-ent types of teachers,and lack of external support.Yuxin School has gradually improved the guidance abilities of all teach-ers through systematic teacher training,clear division of teacher roles,and close cooperation with universities,communi-ties,and enterprises.This has led to the construction of a teacher-supported student development guidance system,provid-ing a reference for other schools to enhance the quality of their student development guidance.
