摘要

Abstract

Education is the foundation of productivity development,which is determined by the inherent logic of productivity development and the logic of human social development.With the new quality productivity forces,higher education needs to pursue the source of productivity,connect with the three elements of productivity,play the functions of talent cultivation,scientific innovation,and social service,and tap into endogenous driving forces to support the new quality productivity forces.Deepening the research on the relationship between higher education and new quality productivity forces,elucidating the contemporary value and effective path of higher education development in Northeast China,is of great significance for exploring the empowerment of higher education to high-quality economic and social development under the new development pattern.
