摘要

Abstract

Exploring the green transformation of higher education institutions in the new era is an intrinsic requirement for implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization,fostering talents for new qualitative productive forces,and building a modern society where humanity and nature coexist harmoniously.The research is grounded in the comprehensive application of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization.By meticulously examining the historical context,theoretical foundations,and practical necessities of green education,the research transcends the conventional one-dimensional approach to educational transformation.It introduces an innovative framework for the green transformation of higher education institutions,referred to as"2+4"(comprising environmental support and functional enhancement).This framework facilitates the greening of curricula,governance,and institutional functions.The green transformation of higher education institutions is defined by ethical considerations,a clear ultimate direction,inclusivity of all stakeholders,and integrated processes.It underscores the contemporary synergy between the construction of ecological civilization and the mission of higher education,as well as the ecological advancement associated with the high-quality development of higher education,thereby offering a novel solution for building a strong country in educational.
