高职教育适应现代产业发展的理论逻辑、现实困境与实现路径
The Theoretical Logic,Practical Challenges,and Implementation Paths of Higher Vocational Education Adapting to Modern Industrial Development

Abstract
The construction of a modern industrial system requires a high-level reserve of skilled talents as a support,so improving the adaptability of higher vocational education to economic and social development is the foundation.The adaptability,intermediary nature,and industry-oriented characteristics of higher vocational education provide the basic capabilities to serve regional industries.Through data collection from 74 higher vocational colleges in H Province field research on 12 higher vocational colleges and 22 modern enterprises,it was found that modern industrial upgrading has put forward new requirements for talent cultivation and technological innovation.However,there is a significant gap between higher vocational education and modern industrial needs in terms of talent cultivation level,professional structure setting,professional upgrading speed,and actual talent cultivation effectiveness.To improve the adaptability of higher vocational education,we should accelerate the construction of a modern vocational education system in the province,accelerate the development of vocational undergraduate education,build an efficient matching mechanism between regional industries and talents based on accurate prediction of talent demand,actively create a comprehensive professional system relying on digital technology,and cultivate high-quality talents who can meet the diverse needs of modern industries.We should establish and optimize a production-education integration mechanism that meets the needs of modern industries,and comprehensively improve the adaptability of higher vocational education to the modern industrial system.关键词
