Abstract

Empowering the construction of county-level"Education Alliances"with digital intelligence is a strategic choice and necessary path to promote the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education and urban-rural integration in China.The empowerment of digital intelligence can effectively strengthen the leading role of the"Education Alliances"in promoting high-quality and balanced development of county-level education,enhance the connection between the"Education Alliances"and the collaborative education of families,schools,and communities,and consolidate the driving force of the"Education Alliances"to achieve comprehensive education.However,at the same time,the construction of digital embedded"Education Alliances"faces practical challenges such as digital divide,digital failure,and digital burden.Therefore,a systematic plan should be developed to empower the construction of county-level"Education Alliances"with digital intelligence:consolidating the object of digital intelligence"linkage"and promoting the two-way development of resources and institutional foundations;Consolidate the main body of digital intelligence"linkage",strengthen the integration and development of value recognition and skill literacy;Smooth the digital intelligence"linkage"channel,and promote the integration of multiple advantages and functional positioning fragments;Build a digital intelligence"linkage"evaluation,leverage evaluation methods and feedback mechanisms for evidence-based innovation.In this way,leveraging digital advantages to promote the construction of county-level"Education Alliances"and improve quality and efficiency.
