摘要

Abstract

Ideological and political leadership reflects the political,people-oriented,and strategic attributes of building a strong education system,embodying profound values and distinctive Chinese characteristics.Its realization relies on the construction of educational discourse.Education is fundamentally a discursive practice,and discourse serves as a key vehicle for achieving ideological and political leadership.The high-quality development of education necessitates discourse construction as its support.From a construction logic perspective,the starting point of ideological and political leadership discourse construction is to meet social needs,its core lies in strengthening social identity,and its ultimate goal is the externalization of practice and behavioral consciousness.Educational discourse is not only a tool for knowledge transmission but also an essential medium for guiding thought and fostering consensus.In terms of practical pathways,promoting the construction of ideological and political leadership discourse can be approached from the following aspects:first,innovating theory to endow discourse with vitality,aligning it with contemporary needs,and enhancing its intellectual tension;second,responding to reality to increase discourse penetration,thereby improving persuasiveness by addressing real-world problems;third,taking teachers as the source to strengthen discourse expressiveness,leveraging their knowledge accumulation and personal charisma to make discourse deeply influential and consensus-forming.
