余甘子叶挥发油HS-SPME-GC-MS分析及其生物活性研究
Analysis of volatile oil from Phyllanthus emblica leaves by HS-SPME-GC-MS and its biological activity

Abstract
Volatile oil from Phyllanthus emblica leaves were obtained using supercritical CO2 extraction and solvent extraction methods.Their chemical components were analyzed using headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME)coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and their antioxidant and antibacterial activities were compared.The results indicated that a total of 11 compounds were identified in the volatile oil obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction,with the three most abundant components being n-pentane(37.28%),isopentane(9.73%),and 3-pentanone(9.26%).This volatile oil exhibited a superior ability to scavenge·OH compared to that obtained by solvent extraction method,with an IC50 value of(0.015±0.011)mg/mL.In contrast,the volatile oil obtained through solvent extraction identified a total of 14 compounds,primarily n-hexane(17.66%),2-methyl-1-nitropropane(15.567%),and 3-pentanone(10.405%).This volatile oil demonstrated a better ability to scavenge DPPH·and ABTS+·compared to that obtained by the supercritical CO2 extraction method,with IC50 values of(0.366±0.002),(0.045±0.011)mg/mL,respectively.Both types of volatile oils exhibited certain inhibitory effects on the tested bacterial strains,with the supercritical CO2 extracted oil showing the strongest antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and the solvent-extracted oil being most effective against Bacillus cereus,both having a minimum inhibitory concentration of 1.562 μg/mL.These results indicated that both types of volatile oils possessed strong antioxidant and antibacterial activities.The research findings provide a reference for the development and utilization of volatile oil from Phyllanthus emblica leaves.关键词
