檀香精油提取方法、成分及抗氧化活性比较研究
Comparative study on extraction methods,composition and antioxidant activity of sandalwood essential oil

Abstract
The essential oils of sandalwood were extracted using steam distillation and supercritical CO2 extraction,and their components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)combined with deconvolution and retention index techniques.The relative contents of each component were determined by peak area normalization method.Additionally,the antioxidant activities of the oils were compared based on their ability to scavenge DPPH free radicals.The results indicated that supercritical CO2 extraction method yielded higher oil extraction efficiency and shorter extraction time compared to steam distillation.The optimized parameters for supercritical extraction were determined as follows:pressure at 25 MPa,temperature of 75℃,and extraction duration of 4 hours,with an extraction rate of 6.26%.A total of 18 compounds were identified in the oils obtained via both methods,with the primary components being consistent,predominantly including Z-α-Santalol,Z-α-trans-Bergamotol,Z-β-Santalol,and(Z)-epi-β-Santalol.Characteristic alcohols such as trans-Farnesol,Nuciferol,trans-β-Santalol and cis-Lanceol were also detected.The essential oil extracted via supercritical CO2 exhibited stronger DPPH free radical scavenging activity,indicating its superior antioxidant potential.This study provides theoretical support and technical references for the industrialized production of sandalwood essential oil and the development of functional products.关键词
