海藻多糖的提取与纯化技术及其生物活性的研究进展
Advances in extraction,purification techniques,and biological activities of seaweed polysaccharides
摘要
Abstract
The biological properties of seaweed polysaccharides had been widely reported,such as anti-tumor,immune regulation,hypoglycemic effects,anticoagulant properties,antiviral effects,and antioxidant properties,making them a hot research topic.This review systematically summarized and discussed recent advances in the research on polysaccharide components derived from marine algae,both domestically and internationally.Extraction methods of seaweed polysaccharides were first introduced,followed by descriptions of their separation and purification techniques.Then,their various biological activities were introduced.Finally,future development trends and research directions of seaweed polysaccharides were discussed,aiming to provide theoretical reference for promoting the high-value and ecological development and utilization of marine algae bioactive products.关键词
