Teacher Preparation in Intelligent Education Transformation:Key Influencing Factors and Mechanisms of GenAI Curriculum Integration

Abstract
The deep application of Generative Artificial Intelligence(GenAI)technology has posed new challenges to teach-ers' professional abilities and occupational requirements.In this context,teachers' mastery and use of generative artificial intelligence technology and its integration with curriculum teaching is an important issue in adapting to the intelligent trans-formation of education.Through a questionnaire survey of 229 in-service teachers,this study conducted an empirical analy-sis of the influencing factors and mechanisms of teachers' preparedness for integrating generative artificial intelligence tech-nology with curriculum from the perspectives of Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)and Self-Determination Theory(SDT).The findings reveal that teachers' AI literacy has a significant direct predictive effect on GenAI curriculum integra-tion readiness,while the direct effect of perceived school learning support is not significant.Among the basic psychological needs,competence need plays a significant mediating role between teachers' AI literacy,perceived school learning support,and GenAI curriculum integration readiness,while the mediating effect of autonomy need is not significant.It is recommen-ded to construct a teacher GenAI technology support system,promote the development of teachers' GenAI literacy,and a-chieve deep integration of GenAI technology with teaching practice.关键词
