Teacher's Digital Burden:Realistic Representation,Generative Logic,and Eliminating Pathways

Abstract
The age of information technology is moving towards the age of digital technology and digital transformation is im-perative,a historical opportunity that profoundly affects the quality development of education.The digital burden of teachers has gradually evolved as they adapt to the advancement of the digital society and the transition to digital technology-infused instructional methodologies.Articulating the real-world manifestations of teachers' digital burden,examining its generative logic,and eliminating pathways for its mitigation is not only a pressing practical issue in the current educational reform agen-da but also an intrinsic demand for the professional development of teachers amidst the digital transformation of education.At its core,the main drivers behind the formation of teachers' digital burden are the institutional pressures within the bu-reaucratic framework,the spatiotemporal predicaments in the realm of modernity,and the subjectivity anxiety precipitated by technicism.It is imperative to facilitate the alleviation of teachers' digital burden from three interrelated dimensions:con-ceptual reorientation,relational reconstruction,and systemic reestablishment,thereby affording teachers a more expansive temporal and spatial landscape for their autonomous and holistic advancement.关键词
