Abstract
In the new era,China's infant care industry has developed rapidly,but the number of teachers and the needs of social reality;quality and employer demand;teachers' role and teachers' identity;there are many contradictions between the supply policy and the guarantee of teachers.How to relieve the blockage of these contradictions and ensure the effective supply of teachers has become a problem that the supply side-the government,colleges and universities and the market three-dimensional teacher supply subject must think deeply.To improve the effective supply of infant care teachers,system-atic changes should be carried out,and process management must be continuously strengthened to provide institutional guar-antee for the effective supply of teachers.Strengthen professional guidance and correct the deviation of the quality of teacher supply;pay attention to multiple dialogues and establish a multi-agent collaborative education mechanism;encourage the participation of multiple subjects,build an effective teacher supply system,etc.,to alleviate the blockage between the weak supply and strong demand of infant care teachers.关键词
