卫生型无菌灌装封盖装置的设计
Design of a sanitary aseptic filling and capping device

Abstract
To address issues such as excessive mechanical gaps and post-rinsing residue in current small-scale aseptic cold-filling capping devices,a high-speed sanitary capping device was designed based on the traditional three-piece capping mechanism.This new device employs servo drive,relocates the transmission mechanism externally,integrates a cap-sorting device internally,and eliminates sanitary dead ends.Finite element simulation of key components(capping spindle structure)was performed using ANSYS Workbench to obtain equivalent stress-strain distributions.A servo motor-based capping drive system was designed with a split configuration to reduce fatigue stress on electrical components.A prototype was manufactured for trial production to validate the high-speed stability of the capping device.Results showed that the maximum equivalent stress of the capping spindle was 4.1 MPa,meeting material strength standards.Under normal operating conditions,the capping success rate reached 99.2%,with a capping speed of 6 281 bottles/h.The average cap-opening torque was 1.734 N·m,with torque fluctuation 10.62%,all outperforming national standards.This study provides a basis for the design and optimization of capping devices for small-scale aseptic filling equipment.关键词
