CMC-Na/浒苔水提物复合膜的特性及保鲜效果研究
Study on properties and preservation effect of CMC-Na/water extract of enteromorpha prolifera composite film

Abstract
To enhance the performance of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC-Na)films,composite films were prepared using CMC-Na as the film-forming matrix,Water extract of enteromorpha prolifera and sorbitol as functional components.Single-factor experiments combined with response surface methodology optimized the composite ratio.Mechanical strength,barrier properties(water vapor and oxygen permeability),and microstructure(SEM,XRD)of the films were analyzed,followed by preservation tests on plum fruits.Results showed the optimal composition:CMC-Na 2.726 g/(100 mL),Water extract of enteromorpha prolifera 0.523 g/(100 mL),sorbitol 0.386 g/(100 mL).The film exhibited tensile strength of 31.09 MPa,water vapor permeability of 2.55×10⁻¹2 g/(m⋅s⋅Pa),and oxygen permeability of 5.19×10⁻⁷ g/(m⋅s).Preservation tests indicated that,with day 0 hardness as baseline(100%),the coated group maintained 57.1%hardness retention on day 4,significantly higher than the CK group(14.8%).On day 10,soluble solids content of the treated group(1.30%)exceeded CK group(0.933 33%)by 39.3%;titratable acid reduction was 26.1%(vs.37.8%in CK group).From day 0 to 10,malondialdehyde content in treated group was 24.8%~55.9%lower than CK group.This study provides theoretical support for high-value utilization of algal resources.关键词
