Abstract
In the harsh industrial environment,sensor devices are vulnerable to factors such as electromagnetic interference,chemical corrosion,high temperature,and high pressure,which can lead to reduced measurement accuracy and even equipment damage.Therefore,a speed sensor based on a reflective optical fiber and its temperature compensation technology was proposed.The reflective optical fiber speed sensor was designed by optical fiber probe selection,reflector optimization and signal conditioning circuit construction.A high-precision temperature sensor was deployed in the working environment to collect the temperature data in real time.The median filtering algorithm and polynomial correction function were used to process the data.The temperature-speed relationship model was constructed by combining the measured speed value of the sensor with the actual value.The temperature compensation was successfully realized for the measured speed.The experimental results show that the minimum temperature mean square error is 0.2 for the proposed technology.And the errors between the measured and the actual speed can be controlled below 0.08%,0.10%and 0.10%at-10,25 and 40 ℃respectively after temperature compensation.Therefore,the proposed temperature compensation method is better,and it has strong practical application value.关键词
